The funding helps us provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where people can enjoy a home-cooked meal, take part in activities and outings, meet new friends, and remain connected to their local community. Our service also helps relieve pressure on families and carers by providing meaningful support and social opportunities for their loved ones.
