The Yard
The Alexander Moncur Trust have been hugely supportive of The Yard over the years, most recently with a grant of £4,000 towards the running costs of our family sessions in Dundee. Taking place on Saturdays during term time and five days a week during the school holidays, these sessions offer an exciting mix of indoor and outdoor play activities for children with additional support needs aged 0-18 and their siblings, alongside tailored wellbeing support for parents and carers.
Since receiving our latest grant in November 2025, we’ve supported approximately 215 families through these sessions, and the feedback has been incredible – one parent recently told us, “The Yard has been transformational for our family in terms of offering support to my son, daughter and the whole family. Staff in Dundee are very skilled, caring, approachable and compassionate. Keep up the good work, The Yard is FANTASTIC!”
